About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform and help hiring teams improve their hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the platform fits into existing hiring workflows and answer basic product questions.
• Facilitate connections between prospective users and the Flowmingo team.
• Provide feedback on user experience to support product improvement.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
