About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours or quotas, allowing you to work on your own schedule and earn commissions for successful client referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate connections and help new users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to the Flowmingo team to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible, high‑reward opportunity.
