Systems Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Trainer to join a dynamic automotive and wholesale organisation. You will empower call‑centre agents and sales staff by delivering engaging training on internal systems, CRM platforms and telephony tools. This role is central to improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions to improve user proficiency across operational software.
• Design, develop and continuously update training materials, user guides and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct group workshops, one‑on‑one coaching and refresher courses.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to identify and close system‑related knowledge gaps.
• Support onboarding by providing targeted systems training for new hires.
• Maintain accurate training records and produce reports on completion rates and competency levels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems training or a related role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools and operational software.
