About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established Managed Service Provider as a Systems Engineer Intern in Cape Town. You will provide a mix of onsite and remote support to corporate clients, escalating issues to the senior support team when necessary, while upholding the team’s high standards of professionalism and service delivery.
Required profile
- Applicable IT qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong service‑delivery orientation and good time‑management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and a desire to learn new technologies
- Own transport
Required skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Understanding of networking principles, including firewalls, routing, switching and TCP/IP
