System Administrator – Warehouse Management

About the role
The company is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its warehousing operations. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, upgrade, administer, monitor and maintain software and hardware supporting the warehouse environment.
- Organise and execute software installations and system upgrades.
- Manage authorisation and monitoring of access to phones, computers and other infrastructure in line with organisational policy.
- Investigate unauthorised access incidents and perform security‑related administrative duties.
- Maintain maximum system uptime and meet service level agreements.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Understanding of business processing requirements and service level agreements within a warehousing context.
- Ability to follow established routines and documentation.

- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
