Support Centre Manager – Customer Service Leadership

About the role
We are looking for Support Centre Managers to lead our customer service teams in Gauteng and Mbombela. You will ensure excellent support for students while helping to grow our market share.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a support team, ensuring adherence to company procedures and protocols.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service to students.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Higher education qualification (minimum NQF Level 7).
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- South African citizenship.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong selling ability, urgency, and goal‑orientation.
- Excellent people skills and a friendly, confident demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
