Supply Chain & Logistics Intern

About the role

RCL Foods is looking for a motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Intern to join its team in Pretoria West. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end supply chain process within a leading food company, supporting the optimisation of product flow and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analysing and reporting logistics and inventory data to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehousing and demand‑planning teams to ensure seamless product flow.
• Shadow demand planners and learn forecasting techniques.
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply‑chain performance reports.
• Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations.
• Support procurement, logistics and warehousing coordination.
• Participate in supply‑chain optimisation projects.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Learn and apply supply‑chain systems and tools.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Currently in the third or final year of a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
