Supply Chain Customer Service Representative – Retail & SAP

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Representative with retail experience and strong SAP knowledge to join our team in Sandton. The role focuses on processing orders, handling queries and managing returns to ensure smooth delivery for our FMCG customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process manual and EDI orders, deliveries and returns.
• Manage customer orders from capture through confirmed delivery.
• Handle material substitutions, order amendments and cut‑reason codes.
• Resolve daily customer order queries and investigate delivery shortages.
• Align shelf‑life requirements and perform system housekeeping.
• Compile and provide customer reports as required.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience in the retail/FMCG sector.
• Proven experience using SAP and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
