Supply Chain Administrator – End‑to‑End Experience

About the role

As a Supply Chain Administrator you will gain hands‑on experience across the end‑to‑end supply chain in a chemical manufacturing environment. Through rotations you will support customer service, procurement, logistics, inventory management and planning while contributing to operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure high‑quality service throughout the order fulfilment cycle.
• Assist procurement by raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory activities to guarantee on‑time delivery and accurate stock levels.
• Analyse data to support supply‑chain planning, reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional supply‑chain teams while upholding health, safety, quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or business‑management roles.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer‑focused approach.
