Student Recruiter / Sales (Cape Town)

About the role

Our client in the private education sector is seeking a proactive Student Recruiter/Sales professional to join the team in Newlands, Cape Town. The role involves presenting at schools, driving student enrolments and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling presentations at schools and expos, distribute marketing materials and generate student interest.
• Make proactive calls, schedule and conduct interviews with students and parents using scripts.
• Guide candidates through the application process, follow up on payments and documentation, and drive conversions through calling campaigns.
• Support the team to meet annual registration targets, ensure accurate interview forms, and maintain daily reports and CRM updates.

Required profile

• 3‑year Diploma or Degree in PR, Business, Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in education or student recruitment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Excellent communication, highly organised, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
