Structural BIM Modeler

About the role

WSP is seeking a Structural BIM Modeler to deliver high‑quality digital design solutions for complex infrastructure and built‑environment projects. The role involves leading BIM activities, collaborating across dispersed teams, and applying advanced design technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the modelling team to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and interpret bridge and civil structural models, including bridges, culverts, and highway structures, and perform clash detection.
• Detail reinforcement of structural elements using CADS RC.
• Model civil structures in Revit or AECOSIM and coordinate with other disciplines via Navisworks or iTwin.
• Promote SHEQ standards, identify safety risks, and foster a safe working environment.
