Striker – Retail Sales (Nelspruit)

About the role

The Striker will be responsible for driving Red Bull’s retail and impulse sales across a defined territory in Nelspruit (Mbombela). You will ensure product availability, visibility and promotional compliance in stores to maximise sales of all Red Bull SKUs.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all agreed outlets with optimal visit frequency while managing costs.
• Maintain and grow Perfect Store data on availability, pricing, visibility and messaging.
• Manage stock levels to keep Red Bull SKUs in store and on display at all times.
• Secure and improve in‑store presence of the Red Bull brand, including correct placement of POS materials.
• Ensure promotional compliance and timely execution of agreed promotions.
• Complete all required administrative and reporting tasks accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in FMCG or branded retail environments.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across the territory.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of off‑premise channels such as retail, impulse and non‑traditional outlets.
• Commercial awareness with basic commercial maths knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with mobile Field Force automation tools (preferred).
