Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement initiatives that redesign supply chains, unlock cost savings, and strengthen supplier partnerships. The role reports to senior leadership and works across manufacturing, mining, FMCG and other industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate high‑value contracts and deliver measurable cost reductions.
• Manage supplier relationships, drive supplier development and mitigate procurement risks.
• Lead cross‑functional sourcing projects and influence executive stakeholders.
• Perform spend analysis, cost optimisation and support procurement transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in category management, contract negotiation and delivering cost savings.
• Experience in both local and international procurement environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
