Storeman – Procurement

About the role

The Storeman – Procurement will support the procurement and inventory management processes for Colossal Aviapartner’s aviation ground handling operations in Kempton Park. Working closely with the procurement supervisor, you will ensure that stock levels are maintained, orders are processed accurately and materials are issued to the correct departments. The role operates within a fast‑paced aviation environment, handling parts and supplies for multiple airlines and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Request stock using the order sheet and conduct regular stock takes.
• Apply minimum‑maximum stock levels as a guideline for ordering.
• Follow up on placed orders and receive incoming stock.
• Prepare and send orders and invoices to the procurement supervisor.
• Issue received items to the appropriate departments and record all issuances.
• Return incorrect items to suppliers for replacement or credit.
• Perform deliveries or collections when a driver is unavailable.
• Maintain tidy and organized store conditions at all times.
