Store Specialist – Beauty (Coty Fragrances)

About the role

Join Woolworths as a Store Specialist in the Beauty department, focusing on Coty Fragrances. You will work in a vibrant corporate store environment, delivering exceptional customer service and expert product advice.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying their beauty needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Apply selling techniques to achieve sales and unit targets while offering suitable alternatives.
• Manage stock levels, monitor movement, ensure product availability, and support timely product launches.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of beauty products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization on the sales floor and in stock areas.
• Minimise shrinkage by reporting suspicious activity and following security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification.
• Relevant retail or FMCG experience with a proven record of customer service excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated selling ability, punctuality, adherence to dress code, and teamwork.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, shop‑keeping, and ethical conduct.
