Store Planner – Retail Stock & Distribution

About the role

As a Store Planner you will be responsible for planning and distributing seasonal and replenishment stock to maximise sales, supporting store performance analysis, visual merchandising, new store setups and resolving stock‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately distribute seasonal stock to optimise sales.
• Allocate non‑seasonal and seasonal replenishment stock efficiently.
• Deliver location plans that cluster stores at the required product level.
• Provide seasonal and non‑seasonal replenishment profiles.
• Supply inputs for visual merchandising look‑books.
• Analyse store performance and deliver timely information for business decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in store planning within a clothing retail environment.
• Previous store management experience.
• Exposure to general logistics and supply‑chain processes.
• Experience with planning systems such as Location Planning, JDA Allocation Planning or Just Enough.
• Understanding of high‑replenishment product planning and cross‑dock processes.
