About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Sterns outlet at Table Bay. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling expenses, managing stock, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control operating expenses.
- Manage stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Lead and develop the store team, including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
