Store Manager – Sportscene Church Street

About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Sportscene Church Street outlet in Pretoria, overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance. Reporting to regional management, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive store turnover and achieve sales targets.
- Control operating expenses and ensure profitability.
- Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales associates, handling performance management and employee relations.
- Implement in‑store merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the brand’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years of retail experience.
- At least one year of store leadership experience.
