Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exact store in Ballito, KwaZulu‑Natal. The role focuses on driving sales, managing expenses, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Action‑oriented, able to take on new challenges with urgency.
• Strong network‑building and customer‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and direct team activities to meet outcomes.
