Store Manager – Retail (45 hrs/week)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Kimberley Diamond Pavilion outlet, driving sales performance while ensuring operational excellence. This full‑time role (45 hours per week) requires a proactive leader who can balance customer service, staff development and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Controlling expenses and managing stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruiting, developing and managing staff, handling performance and employee relations.
• Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and maintaining visual standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• At least 3 years retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive engagement and hold people accountable for performance.
• Strong planning, organising and strategic sales planning capabilities.
