About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Fabiani store in Goldfields, overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position (45 hours per week) reports to regional management and is responsible for meeting turnover and expense targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets and control expenses.
- Manage stock losses, ensuring shrinkage aligns with company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate with a minimum of 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, plan and organise work, and drive engagement and accountability.
