About the role
The purpose of the job is to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through the implementation of the operations strategy and effective management of staff. The Store Manager will represent the brand and ensure high store standards.
Required profile
- Two (2) years retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management position
- Outstanding merchandise management, stock and cost control skills
- Ability to maintain high store standards
- Proven ability to influence and lead a team
- Keen development orientation for self and team members
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal); additional official language is an advantage
- Grade 12 or equivalent; further retail/business qualifications are a plus
