We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a prestigious luxury fashion boutique located at the iconic V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The role combines high‑end customer service, visual merchandising excellence, and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience for every customer.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Foster an energetic, fashion‑forward store culture.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Passion for fashion, luxury brands and customer experience.
• Commercial awareness with a target‑driven mindset.
• Professional, polished presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
