Store Manager – Jewellery Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a jewellery store in Woodmead, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers while meeting sales targets. This role combines operational oversight, staff leadership, and inventory control in a dynamic, international retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Supervise, schedule, and train sales associates, providing regular performance feedback.
• Maintain store budget, monitor sales performance, and drive both quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Oversee product receipt, stock organization, inventory counts, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate important updates and incidents to senior management or HR promptly.
