About the role
The client, a national leader and icon in premium retail, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its stores in Johannesburg.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall store performance, profitability and operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand.
- Lead, develop and motivate the store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards.
- Manage stock control and maintain premium store presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Tertiary education is an advantage.
- Relevant managerial experience running a store.
- Clear and positive background checks as required by the client.
