Store Manager – @Home & Corricraft (40 hrs)

About the role

TFG Home is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the @Home & Corricraft store in Walmer, Port Elizabeth. The role is focused on driving sales performance, managing expenses and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience, with at least 3 years in store leadership.
• Experience in home or furniture retail is advantageous.
