About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead the American Swiss Jewellery outlet at Longbeach Mall. The role involves driving sales performance, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to meet sales targets and control expenses.
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the company’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, motivate staff and achieve performance targets.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales results.
