About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Totalsports Bay West outlet, driving sales performance while ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality customer experience and managing a motivated team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage budgets.
• Monitor stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to build and nurture internal and external networks.
• Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate needs.
• Proven capability to drive engagement and motivate teams.
