About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Sportscene outlet in Cleary Park, Gqeberha. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store’s day‑to‑day operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve turnover targets and monitor sales performance.
- Control operating expenses and ensure stock loss is within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Implement in‑store merchandising standards and visual displays.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Required profile
- Matric certificate (or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a store leadership role.
- Strong people‑management and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Customer service delivery.
- Sales and stock management.
- Merchandising execution.
