Store Manager – 45 hrs/week Retail

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Foschini store in Menlyn. The role is responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, managing stock losses and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee a team of sales staff and ensure the store meets its financial and service targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Control operating expenses to maintain profitability and align with company financial guidelines.
- Manage stock losses, ensuring shrinkage remains within the Company’s standard limits.
- Oversee people management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
- Execute the in‑store merchandising strategy and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
Required profile
- Matric certificate (minimum).
- At least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a store leadership role.
