About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our American Swiss Jewellery store in Postmansburg. Working 45 hours per week, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover and achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to meet company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the company’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years retail experience, including at least one year in a store leadership role.
