Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Mthatha Circus

About the role

The Fix is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead its Mthatha Circus location. Working 45 hours per week, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to meet performance standards while upholding company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage stock losses, ensuring shrinkage aligns with company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan and organise store activities to achieve desired outcomes.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum three years of retail experience, with at least one year in a store leadership role.
