Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Mall of Africa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exact store at the Mall of Africa. The role involves driving sales performance, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control operating expenses.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
