Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Lebowakgomo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lebowakgomo store, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
• Action Oriented – readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness
• Builds Networks – establishes and nurtures internal and external relationships to create robust, mutually beneficial partnerships

Required profile

• A Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership experience
