About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Langeberg Mall outlet, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position reports directly to regional leadership and is responsible for the overall profitability of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Control operating expenses and manage budget adherence.
- Monitor stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Lead people management activities, including recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by implementing the company’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
- Demonstrated action‑oriented mindset and ability to take on new challenges quickly.
- Strong ability to build networks, drive engagement and hold teams accountable for results.
