Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Keywest Mall

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Keywest Mall location. The role involves driving sales turnover, controlling expenses, managing inventory loss, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of retail staff, oversee merchandising standards and ensure the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and promotional activities.
• Control operating expenses by monitoring budgets, optimizing resource use and reducing waste.
• Manage stock losses, ensuring shrinkage stays within the company’s acceptable standards.
• Lead people management functions including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance reviews.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards to enhance product presentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting shopper demands.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric (high school) qualification.
• At least three years of retail experience, including a minimum of one year in a store leadership role.
