About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our FIX store in Emalahleni. The role involves driving sales, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to meet company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage staff, including performance management.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver customer satisfaction by implementing our service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
