About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Hermanus location of The Fix. The role involves driving turnover, controlling expenses, managing stock losses, leading the team and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Controlling expenses to maintain profitability.
- Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage within the Company standard.
- People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
- Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and standards to present the brand effectively.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing our customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
Required profile
- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
