Store Manager (40hr) – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager for Exact’s Groblersdal Mall to lead the retail team, drive sales performance and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to meet company standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on store performance metrics.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
