About the role
adidas is seeking a dedicated Store Leadership Partner in Johannesburg to lead store operations, achieve sales targets, and nurture an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales targets are met.
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and diverse workplace culture.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- At least 4 years of retail experience.
