Sports Travel Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sports Travel Sales Representative to join our remote team in South Africa. You will guide athletes and adventure‑seeking guests through high‑trust conversations, turning genuine interest into confirmed bookings for premium experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls (video) via WhatsApp and email, answering questions and understanding guest motivations.
• Convert high‑intent leads into bookings, taking deposits during the call.
• Represent the brand with a calm, warm, and human approach—no pressure tactics or scripted sales.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, Head of Revenue, and Operations to master each experience offering.
• Provide feedback on objections, pricing, messaging, and funnel gaps to continuously improve the sales process.
• Help define and scale the company’s sales methodology as volume grows.

Required profile

• Deep personal involvement in endurance or adventure sports culture (athlete or enthusiast).
• Strong empathy for the athlete mindset and the ability to understand high‑value customers.
• Excellent communication skills, socially fluent and emotionally intelligent.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to shape a growing business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp, video‑call platforms, and email communication tools.

What we offer

• Up to R30,000 gross per month plus commission.
