Specialist CVM: App Campaign Operations Consultant

About the role

The Specialist CVM: App Campaign Operations Consultant will support the centralized execution of approved CVM, loyalty and app promotional campaigns for a leading telecom client. Working from Johannesburg, the consultant will translate campaign briefs into governed, repeatable executions using the App Notification Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and launch push notifications, in‑app messages, service alerts and loyalty communications across multiple operating companies.
• Upload, validate and manage audience files, ensuring correct customer identifiers and formats.
• Document and maintain customer journey maps for onboarding, activation, adoption, retention and re‑activation use cases.
• Develop and uphold SOPs, checklists, playbooks and audit trails to guarantee operational governance and compliance.
• Conduct pre‑deployment testing, UAT, and monitor campaign performance, handling failures, partial dispatches and anomalies.

Required profile

• Execution‑focused and process‑driven professional able to work closely with CVM, loyalty, product, analytics and operating‑company teams.
• Strong attention to detail for campaign configuration, documentation and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the App Notification Hub for campaign configuration and delivery.
