About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Special Steels Sales Professional who knows the industry, understands the products, has strong customer relationships and most importantly knows how to win business. If you are a hunter, relationship builder and commercially driven salesperson with a proven track record in Special Steels, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
Key responsibilities
- Grow the customer base and win new business.
- Expand existing accounts and increase market share.
- Build strategic customer relationships and identify new industries and opportunities.
- Negotiate profitable deals and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Required profile
- 5+ years proven sales experience within special steels.
- Strong technical and product knowledge of stainless, alloy, tool, engineering and specialised steel products.
- Hunter mindset with ability to open new doors and generate new business.
- Excellent negotiation, closing and account management abilities.
- Commercially astute with focus on revenue and margins.
