Special Events Driver – Johannesburg

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a dedicated Special Events Driver to join its Special Events Department in Johannesburg. Reporting directly to the Special Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for transporting, setting up and maintaining roadshow and delivery trucks for brand activations and events.

Key responsibilities

• Drive, operate and maintain roadshow and delivery trucks for special events.
• Manage stock deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Play appropriate music genres during events, aligning with market suitability.
• Assist with the execution of event branding and equipment activations following best practices.
• Follow daily schedules, provide excellent customer service and represent CCBSA positively in public settings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in driving and event logistics.
• Based in Johannesburg and able to report to the Special Events Coordinator.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and brand standards.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence for operating commercial vehicles.
• Vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle event branding equipment.
