About the role

Amazon’s Community Shopping program relies on high‑quality moderation of customer reviews, Q&A, and visual shopping content. As a Spanish‑fluent Community Shopping Auditor, you will ensure moderation decisions across multiple languages and marketplaces meet Amazon’s strict guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume, accurate audits of manual and automated moderation decisions to verify compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify, document, and categorize moderation errors, distinguishing avoidable mistakes, judgment calls, and harmful misses.
• Maintain personal audit accuracy and productivity targets.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve quality metrics for both manual and automated moderation.
• Support calibration sessions with moderation partners and contribute to guideline development.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on quality trends and share findings in business reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, training, and moderation teams to embed quality improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit large volumes of content accurately.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven quality improvement.
