Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Heya is expanding its Spanish‑speaking team in Johannesburg and is looking for bilingual English‑Spanish Customer Service Representatives. You will join a dynamic BPO environment, supporting international clients across multiple industries while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with enquiries, account management, billing, claims and service support.
• Work closely with global clients in sectors such as healthcare, e‑commerce, financial services and sales.
• Represent both the client and Heya brand with professionalism, empathy and care.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Johannesburg and able to work from the office.
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.
