Spa Facilities Coordinator – Constantia, Cape Town

About the role

The Spa Facilities Coordinator ensures that the spa’s thermal suite, outdoor gardens, poolside and relaxation areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards. You will work closely with the Spa Manager, therapists and other departments to provide guests with a seamless, tranquil experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and presentation of the thermal suite, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Maintain outdoor gardens, poolside, relaxation and hydro facilities to consistently high standards.
• Conduct regular checks of loungers, pools, pathways and other areas to meet cleanliness and safety requirements.
• Support therapists and reception by keeping all facilities guest‑ready at all times.
• Guide guests through the spa experience and promote relevant treatments, packages and retail products.
• Display treatment menus, promotional materials and current offers in guest areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping and other departments to address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Demonstrated care and accountability for facility standards.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with spa and support teams.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation.
