Spa Attendant – Contantia (Cape Town)

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Contantia in Cape Town, you will ensure that every treatment room and public spa area is immaculate, welcoming and ready for guests. Your attention to detail and professional presence will directly enhance the wellness experience for each visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and reset treatment rooms and all spa areas to luxury hospitality standards, including restocking towels, linens and amenities.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence, greet guests, assist with amenities and uphold guest privacy throughout the spa.
• Conduct final visual inspections, report maintenance issues and manage linen quality and laundry processes.
• Replenish stock, manage inventory, and support opening and closing procedures to keep the spa guest‑ready.
• Keep public corridors, pool and wellness areas clean, monitor safety hazards and report any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education; a hospitality or spa qualification is advantageous.
• 1–2 years experience in a spa, hotel, wellness or similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow health and safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
