Solutions Architect

About the role

Design, recommend, and oversee integrated solutions that address business needs across the bank, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and scalable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive software architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative technologies and design patterns to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assess existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities to modernize or consolidate systems.
• Provide architectural leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Lead architecture and design of complex applications, integrations, APIs, cloud solutions, and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with functional, non‑functional, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and cloud‑native principles.
• Mentor and coach solution architects and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Qualification in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in architecture roles.
• Advanced experience in software development, specifically Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong partnership building with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience establishing architectural governance frameworks and reference architectures.
