About the role
Developers with experience in the share scheme management industry are needed for a 12‑month fixed‑term position in Sandton, Johannesburg, within the banking domain.
Required profile
- Strong academic background with a degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or a related discipline (or a proven record of skills).
- Passionate software developer with experience building applications in a web framework.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Great problem‑solver who takes pride in their work.
- A trustworthy, motivated people‑person.
Required skills
- Python / Django
- Numerical libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Front‑end web technologies: HTML, JavaScript & CSS
- Version control with Git
- LaTeX
- Expertise in cybersecurity
- Financial sector experience
